Delivery & Returns
A package shouldn't take more than 21-40 days to arrive from our warehouse in Asia. However, please be aware of peak trading times of the year such as Christmas where delivery services globally may experience some delays.
*Please note that delivery to the USA and other European countries have extended delivery times of 21-59 days.
We offer worldwide shipping to any country. Whenever possible we use a local logistics service to keep delivery costs as low as possible.
We do not operate a cancellation process as once you place an order with us it is instantly sent to our warehouse for processing. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all orders on our website are placed correctly with the correct details entered.
We do not cover any import or custom taxes you may incur upon an item that is arriving for delivery to your provided address from our warehouse in Asia. Although it is rare that a fee may be charged upon delivery, we cannot guarantee this will not happen and such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If you're not happy with your item please get in touch with us so we can discuss the issue and either send a replacement product or offer you a refund. To return your product, you should contact our customer service team for the appropriate returns address prior to returning the item. Please do not return to our registered business address.
*Please also note that any items purchased under our special offer in which only shipping fees are paid are non-refundable.
All of our products come with a 28 day guarantee. If you have a problem just let us know and we will do our best to help. Should you be eligible for a refund this will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 14 days for your refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item to us for a refund or exchange.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all orders on our website are placed correctly, with the correct address details entered. If we process an order to an incorrect address due to the customers mistake we can only re-process the order at the customers expense.
